After sending me the wrong phone, then the correct phone which was faulty they then took 6 months and me informing them that I was escalating to small claims court that I got my money back. Have got phones from here for years, but never again

Took well over a month to receive my phone. Asked for multiple updates and eventually a refund after it went weeks over their promised delivery dates. Was refused refund and told to just wait for the phone, although they apologised a lot nothing was done to resolve the situation. Phone finally arrived opened the packaging and a very strong smell of cigarettes was present.

Still waiting for my refund after my order was cancelled due to the phone never even being dispatched. Order placed on 5th September, on 12th October was finally told there was no phone to send to me, order cancelled and still haven't seen my money back. Order ID311407. Case with Resolver.co.uk, about to resort to a chargeback and seeking to complaint to Redbridge Trading Standards.

No phone despatched. Order cancelled and agreed to but no refund five months later. Do not use this company. I find the positive reviews here unconvincing.

I sent my phone in for a repair under its warranty. Faulty microphone and touch screen. I was then told this fault was due to a swollen battery and that it needed replacing at a charge £150. I paid for for it and then there was another fault with the replacement battery and finally after 8 weeks I have my phone back still with a microphone fault and now a constant notification that the batter is not genuine. I am now waiting on a reply which I won't get for at least three days. Absolutely shocking service from a company I have used for many years.

4 months ago I ordered a phone, to date I have not received the phone and I cannot get a refund because of COVID - a company of thieves - DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY

This company take your money - do not provide the phone and do not provide a refund - 4 months after the phone was ordered - no phone and no refund. Do not TRUST this company they are thieves.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 refurbished iPhone 8s, got one 2 weeks after the order, then nothing despite numerous emails, awful responses from them. When I cancelled the order they then have the outright cheek to say their refund time is 14 days! Unbelievably bad service, do not use them, go elsewhere.

I ordered a phone on the 1st September, by the 24th September the phone had not arrived, I was advised that this was due Covid-19,no delivery date could be confirmed therefore I cancelled the order and was advised I would receive my refund within 14 days excluding weekends and bank holidays, 4 weeks later, I still had not received my refund, I contacted them again, and was advised it would be before or on the 20th November, the responses to emails are anything but friendly or helpful - that is when they do respond, it is now the 27th November and I still have not received my refund and no answer to my emails. Please do not trust this company with your money, I have now gone through my bank for the refund. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer care and honest. There is no excuse for holding onto a customers money for 3 months, when their policy advises 14 days.

We will not be using this company again. We purchased a 'pristine' Iphone X at the end of August. It arrived mid October (should be 7 to 10 days). The microphone never worked. They reluctanctly accepted the return of the phone under the 14 day money back. Over 1 month on and we are still waiting for our money. They are now quoting at least one more month using as an excuse working from home. This is not acceptable to hold our cash for 4 months for a phone we did not have for 4 days.

Avoid at any cost Total sham company. Orders phone. No phone came. Then cancelled it no refund came so informed my bank passed them all evidence and they sorted it . This company keeps your money and doesn’t want to refund you .Pls DO NOT USE this company.

AVOID! Seriously don't get involved with this business. I ordered a pristine condition phone at the start of June and on arrival it was scratched and not in good condition. I sent it back following their exchange steps. What then followed was 3 months of useless service. Every week I would be assured my phone would be sent out by the end of the next week, this meant that I had no reason to contact them throughout the week and then come the end of the week I would email them again and I would get the same message. It was 3 months later when I finally asked for a straight up refund instead that I received my phone in a matter of days. In all fairness this phone is good condition however, it would have been much easier and not much pricier to go to a more reputable brand in the first place. The package also did not come with the accessories which I paid for however this too was sorted out after 3 months. All in all would not recommend at all, having read all the reviews it is clear I am not a fluke and they are a rubbishly organised organisation.

I cancelled a purchase on 28 September 2020, one day after the purchase, but no refund until 6 November 2020. Order ID313156. No response to my email so far. I filled a transaction dispute, hopefully Quick Mobile Fix willing to give full refund as stated in the website.

Didnt even want to give 1 star. Quick mobile fix have taken £147.99 of my money, then said that i havnt placed a order! Sent a email, had a reply telling me someone would be in touch within 24 hours, that was 8 days ago. Now do not reply to my emails. Scammers!
