Bought iPhone March 2020. In Jan 2021 has been returned 3 times, 1st time battery ( 6 weeks before return) , second time black screen (4 weeks before return), 3rd Screen, Face ID & can only hear calls when on speaker. Returned to me with screen repaired only. Quality of product is worthless. No refunds and warranty not worth whats specified.

I ordered a phone November was given a delivery of mid December, by the 3 week of December still no phone, I chased and was told they did not know when it would be dispatched. The order was then cancelled as it was for birthday that was now only 2 days away. I have been chasing ever since for the refund, terms states days 14 working days for refund, I'm now told it will at least March before I receive it! 6 weeks since the order was cancelled!!

Do not buy from Quick Mobile Fix. I ordered a phone on 14 December 2020 with a 10-day dispatch window, it has still not arrived (2 February 2021 - 34 working days) or even been dispatched. I have been stalled time and time again with excuse after excuse (from Covid, to stuck in quality check to failed quality check). I've been promised it in 10 days, another week, next week, and then 5 days! After so many deadlines being missed I have requested a refund and now they say that's going to take 14 working days. They say they had the product in stock but I don't believe them. They have broken their contract with me. They have failed to deliver in 34 working days. TIP: If you have to buy from them use a credit card so you can at least claim a chargeback if they fail to deliver.

My phone took 30 days to arrive Was problematic They force me to send it back I have sent 2 emails and no one come back to me about when they will send me another phone Really bad experience

I bought a IPhone 2 months ago, they were supposed to deliver in 10 working days, after 15 working days the phone was not ready yet, and they couldn’t say when it would be. So because I had to leave the country, I cancel the order, fine. I’m STILL WAITING for the refund, and today they say I might get the refund on 24 of February, this is 3 months after the purchase. Unacceptable.

Terrible experience. Recieved a faulty phone, they tried to repair it unsuccessfully. They then offered a replacement fault which turned out to be the same faulty phone. Asked for a refund to which they agreed. Nearly 4 months later, still no refund or a phone. Now refusing to acknowlede my emails.

Paid over £500 for a phone in November. The phone was never shipped & still waiting for a refund well after the 14 day refund period. They no longer respond to my requests for an update.

Thieves! Con artists! Directly being investigated by the financial ombudsman as they stole £179.99 from me they never sent the iPad I paid for or refunded my money! I have reported them for fraud also! Avoid this company I can prove all of this!

Ordered refurbished iPhone and paid over €200 for it to be delivered before Xmas. It was before brexit, they promised it would be delivered well in time. Today 22/1/2021 customers now want €55 duty on top. Not impressed so will not accept delivery. They did not need 4 weeks to sort this small order. What a rubbish service, not even a phone number to get in touch with the crooks.

AVOID! Similar to many of the other reviews, I submitted an order in December for Christmas and it was never dispatched. I gain the company plenty of opportunity to have the item dispatched and the constant excuse of COVID-19 difficulties was used. A refund was requested before Christmas and I am yet to receive the funds. I have requested the refund AGAIN following the Christmas period and they explained that I would have to wait another 14-days to receive my refund. If the refund has not been received by the 14th day I will be contacting the Trading Standard for further advise. My advise is DO NOT USE this company and do not make the same mistake I did.

Absolutely shocking! Second phone I have ordered and neither lasted. When sent for repair they used small crack on screen to get out of warranty when the crack wasn't the issue or reason why the phone was sent back in first place as the fault was internal and started months prior to crack appearing. I was even sent invoice for the repair I have asked for or authorised at all. Needless to say prior to any work even being carried out.

Do not use these scammers... I have experienced all the same excuses that many many other people have in dealing with this joke of a company... they take your money and send no phone out and give you all the excuses as why... the owner should be ashamed to call himself a business man... more like a fraudulent twat!!!

Do not use this company at all costs. Ordered a phone over a month ago - still palming me off with excuses. Finally had a confimred delivery date and they then said the phone was faulty...need to wait another two weeks. Disgraceful customer service - even allowing for troubling circumstances at present. Lies and false promises are not good practice for a company purporting to be a legitimate trading entity. Please take your business elsewhere - even if it costs a few pounds more.

Would that I could give minus stars. Refund dates 'guaranteed ' have come and gone with nothing received in the bank. Their placatory emails are all lies. Am about to start small claims court proceedings. This company should not be allowed to continue trading. Don't believe any positive reviews you may see and avoid QMF at all costs.
