“Quick Mobile Fix were fab from start to finish. Sent off mobile & got regular update emails at each stage & then they transferred the cash. No problem whatsoever & highly recommend them!!!!!”

“The price is good however the process seems to be much longer than it’s competitor and it charged extra fees for bank transfer without mentioning beforehand.”

“To avoid the standard response to reviews my order number is: ID 181200 - feel free to resolve it. I am kicking myself for buying a phone through the website - did I arrive their through Amazon? Never had poor service from an online purchase - in fact very much the opposite. I order an iphone 6 from Quick Mobile fix - believing as you would, that its just waiting for me to click on it and then would someone pop it in the post. So where is it? - who knows 12 days and tomorrow morning, 13 days - and all I have for my troubles and money is a standard email suggesting that at some future point they might locate a phone for me???? Is this the early 2000s when you can survive for weeks without phone - No, hence a QUICK fix would be bloody handy! I fear that I'm going to have to resort to the writing a 'deadlock' letter to get my monies back (or who knows maybe a phone?) Obviously if this is resolved I am happy to correct this review - but as it stands - very, very poor service and is it fraud?? Lets see.”

“Took 10 days to receive money in the bank after sending, reduced both phones values with little description of so called fault with one of them, had no idea had a fault. Would not used again.”
