“IPhone 6 for sons birthday, ordered in good time, yet delivered well after his birthday. Phone would not work, they said re-boot the handset (which I had obviously done already, but why should I have too when purchasing a 'working and tested product'). As they were not very helpful I took to a local shop that fixes phones and it seems the wifi ariel within the phone was faulty. Cost me £30 to have the internal ariel replaced. Avoid this company you may have a delayed delivery of a faulty device. Looking at other reviews I wish I'd checked others reporting on this sham of an outfit ! Dean”

Hello Dean, We are sorry you received your order faulty, we do carry out quality control checks before sending the orders, however, we do provide a 12-month warranty so if you do experience any issues you can return the phone. “The only reliable thing with this company is that they take your money promptly.They do not answer emails, they do not answer their phones. When you do actually speak to someone they are always looking into it. They do not get back to you. I'm still waiting for a refund. I will not use or recommend them.”

“I bought a second hand Iphone and was quoted 3-4 days , I was off to Ireland a week after but the phone had still not arrived until I returned 14days after order. All automated answer replys and to cap it all the price had dropped in the mean time, no compensation offered. Will not use you again.”

“I placed 2 orders. I didn't receive the phone for one order and the phone I did receive is faulty. I have sent numerous e-mails to your company asking for instructions on how to return the faulty phone and get a refund but you continually ignore my email requests and send standard responses with no acknowledgement of my complaint. I have started a section 75 claim with my credit card company. I will not use your company again and would not recommend you.”

“This is probably the worst website from which you can buy a refurbished iPhone. Had a terrible experience with them and especially with their customer service. Never in my life I had to deal with such an awful customer service. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. DO NOT use this service. I have been asking for a refund for the past week sending many emails and once on the phone, never had an answer.”

“this company is to be avoided. extremely poor service, untrustworthy, broken promises, not replying to communication and refusal to refund payment when order was cancelled. taking payment for products they do not have in stock. delaying dispatch and no communication.”
