“2 phone's submitted 1 was perfect but online quoted price reduced so really a waste of time. Second phone actually had a cracked screen protector but Mobile Fix just paid reduced price for damaged phone as declared but didn't own up to the fact it was just screen protector cracked when they inspected. Complete Rip off never ever will use again!”

Hello Ken, The condition of the phone is different to what you booked in this is why there was a reduced offer if you were unhappy with this you could have rejected the offer, however, you accepted the offer and the funds have now been processed, payments are processed within 3-5 working days.
