“Placed order on the 29/04/18, still not dispatched 6 days later. Cancelled order & still not received refund!! Will not be using this company again!! I expect refund asap or I will be taking this further!! Avoid with all costs!!!!”

Although we generally ship orders within 5-7 working days, delays can occur due to the quality control checks, however, we do send an email to customers if they have been affected by any delays. “Phone took 10 days to arrive. I was not notified of late delivery until after the 7th day by which time the phone should have arrived. You need to do more to keep customers informed well in advance especially if there are problems with stock/expected delivery date. The phone itself is fab.”

“Well I am still absolutely outraged with this awful company. The customer service is just the worst I have ever experienced. I am still waiting for an actual human to contact me to tell me when the correct phone I have ordered will be sent out to me. My initial order was placed in March!!! I keep getting the most useless automated emails that are clearly not from an actual person. Each email asks me again to explain my problem and someone will get back to me asap. Then then next email says exactly the same thing - and so on and so on. I still cannot phone because the phone is either permanently engaged or no one answers. You have my phone number, you have my email address and seriously if you are not aware of my problem by now after weeks and weeks of emails then I don't know what to say!! I will never use this company again. They are more than happy to deal with you to take your money but as soon as there is a problem they don't want to know. Absolutely shocking. Please please can someone just give me an answer to my question which is when is my correct phone going to be sent to me?? Is that so hard??”

“Order no ID 161296 ordered iPad & cover 20th April, they were lost at the first hub. Phoned APC delivery & they have never received it. After phone calls and emails to you still not resolved, nobody gets back to you when they say they will be in touch the next day. Have spent so long on the phone trying to get through as well. I would like a full refund and compensation for phone bill !”

“After four days the phone had not arrived. I tried to phone for the next ten days or so and never got through once. I sent emails which were ignored, apart from advertising material. I had to threaten legal action before anything happened. Your customer service was appalling - non-existent - an d I would never buy anything from you again. I am still getting advertising material from you - please remove it”
