“You have kept my items that I have asked to have returned many times - my emails are now being ignored and I will be taking this matter further and I’m going to apply to small Claims court. All I want is my items back and you are not doing this.”

“I have been waiting for a refund for a phone I returned, because it was faulty, for over a month now and each time I ask where my refund is, considering the limit was 14 working days, you have said that it will take an additional 72 hours. I am very unhappy with this service as it should not have taken this long and now you are withholding my money when I have returned the device. I am out of pocket by over £400 now and have been for 6 weeks now. The telephone line is always busy so I cannot talk to anyone and the emails on the customer support appear to be automated as the same replies keep coming back. I have been assured that the money will be in my account and it is now. I am sick of waiting for my money. This company is a joke and I would not recommend to anyone to buy from them.”

“Ordered the phone and accessories pack. The package arrived in circa 5 in line with what was estimated. When I opened the pack there was no charging cable. These things happens, no problem with that. Sent a query to them to advise of the issue and got a response in 24 hours which was a great turn around. 2 weeks now since I raised the issue and no charging cable as yet 😢 There have been no issues with the phone to be fair”

“Sent 2 phones for trade in at an agreed price. Once they received them they reduced the price offered even though I had told them that one of the phones was broken. Then took about 2 weeks to pay in my money. I chased them about that and the answer received was rubbish. DO NOT USE THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.”

“Ordered a phone, was assured this would be with me soon, delays due to quality controls. No communication from them, I had to do all the chasing. Eventually got so fed up I cancelled the order, now having to wait 10-14 working days for refund, yet they were quick in taking my money!! Not convinced they will voluntary refund”

“Hi there, This will be three weeks tomorrow and still no money. And once again no one bothers to answer the phone. Last chance for money to be transferred into tomorrow or Otherwise we will have to come down as it can’t keep been an account error how comes you can’t do instant bank transfer?
