“It took nearly 3 weeks to get my money bestlyba week after sending it before they acknowledged receipt. Kept blaming Royal Mail and then said it was being done and then it was not done”

“Ordered very good phone and it's great. Just as description, unlocked, everything works as new, got Giffgaff SIM card pay every month, my son has superb iPhone 6 for half price of new and no Contract! Delivery time as stated. Very efficient and we'll satisfied.”

“Where to begin. You had my device for over 2months, which you did not fix. And you did not tell me what the fault with it was, after charging me more money for the privilege, which you were happy to chase for the payment, but when I wanted to speak to someone about the progress of the 'fix' you were none existent, the number never rang through so I could speak to someone, which makes me think there is a reason for that! The replies I received (when I eventually did) were generic, inaccurate and contained no useful information. I was also lied to, I was told that my device was fixed and was waiting to be dispatched, and then it wasn't fixed, 2months I was dragged along thinking my device was being or had been fixed. And when my device was finally returned back (unfixed) it is slightly damaged from the handling by the 'technicians' or whomever wasn't fixing it. So I have a slightly worse off device than where I began and am out of pocket with no information or solution to show for it.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY! Any positive reviews did not have to deal with their customer service which is beyond awful. Their phone line and web chat are NEVER available and they take days to respond via email. They have had my phone for almost a month and have still not sent it back. All I needed fixed was a broken screen but they keep trying bill me for extra repairs I don't want and ignoring all the emails I send them. Look at all the other bad reviews”

“I have been sold a locked phone and I am now STRUGGLING with very poor customer service. Asking me my personal Apple ID details which is surely illegal !!! Have been promised many times someone will call back but no luck What’s next Quick mobile team??? Get my phone sorted !!!”
