“Great value for money communication is poor. Very difficult to get through to customer service and address a problem especially if the item does not arrive when stated.”

“Service wasn't as quick as advertised. I was expecting same day payment as advertised once the phone has passed its inspection. Couldn't get through via the phone at all. Best form of contact is their social media who were very helpful. It took 9 days to receive payment after the recieved my phone. They honoured the estimate, paid in full. Just need to work on customers expectations.”

“After 9 working days and escalation to claim with PayPal the phone arrived. Duff battery only lasts 7 hours on standby. Apple Store diagnostics suggest not an Apple battery likely cause as it does not register on their software or iOS 11 software battery Condition. I notice the Company's Trust Pilot Review site has been removed in last few days, it was full of adverse reviews. Horror stories on this review site speak for themselves. Send it back for repair after reading them?”

You do have a warranty on the phone so if you are experiencing any issues you can return the phone for free using our free postage label and we can get this resolved. We do advise on the website that these are refurbished phones and if any parts are changed they are changed with grade A parts of the same quality and capacity. “Could never speak to anyone lines always engaged. Emails never properly replied to. Stated couldn’t get into my phone when I finally received it back I managed to straight away. Tlll too long and now I have lost value on my phone to sell again”

“I don't normally give reviews, but I thought the product and service warranted one, especially as there is the odd negative comment on here. My iPhone 6 arrived within a few days of ordering. It was described as good condition, but it was actually superb, almost brand new! So far everything seems to be great with it and I shall definitely be using this company in the future. Exceptional value and great service. Excellent work Quick Mobile Fix - keep it up!”
