“No one told me how long it would take to deliver. It was a gift to my daughter and it missed window before she flew off home. Impossible to reach anyone on your phone lines. Never will use you again”

“DO NOT BUY FROM QUICK MOBILE FIX. I bought a refurbished iphone 7 from them and the battery and touch screen are rubbish. The touch screen keeps freezing to the point that I have to force it to shut down in order to get it to work again. I've been emailing them for weeks about this and it's very frustrating because they keep coming back with generic answers, and their phone line is always engaged. They are unable to fix phones and ensure they are still waterproof, which was the reason I went with the iphone 7, and they can't even confirm if it was waterpoof at point of sale. I want my money back or I'm going to be reporting them to the onbudsman.”

“Issues with the phone. Battery doesn’t last 24hrs on stby, the screen won’t turn off when you hold it to your ear. The home button is lose and the fingerprint scanner doesn’t work. This is not a phone in good condition which I paid for.”

“I received my iPhone after 2 weeks wait. The battery is no good and I receive a generic charger instead of a genuine one. The information they gave me as it relates to making the battery last longer doesn't work, bottom line, the phone which they sent me is total rubbish. I need a new phone or my money back.”

“This email is to confirm your recent order. Date 03/12/2018 Thank you for your recent purchase. Most UK orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days but we aim to dispatch quicker. Ordered 12/3/18, still not received phone or refund. Utterly shocking service, currently £200 out of pocket. Avoid at all costs!”

“I sent my IPhone 6 over a month ago. I got an offer of £47 when I was quoted 118. I then chased this up as was desperate for the money. I was told it was being sent back but then after I complained they said they would revise my offer and t was low because it was locked. This was untrue as I unlocked it. Now over a month later they say they are still looking into it. Also, you cannot call their office as it’s constantly engaged. I finally spoke to someone who said they are looking into it but I have now seen online that lots of people are being scammed by them. I have now reported them to the police and Ombudsman”

“I ordered a refurbished phone on 8.4.18 as my teenage daughter travels home late had broken her phone. I received a faulty refurbished phone on 13.4.18. I rang on Saturday morning 14.5.18 and there was no reply - a recorded message saying that the office was open Saturday morning. I messaged on the Monday and received email advice, I tried it all and nothing worked. I gave up and decided to buy a refurbished phone from the high street where I could check it worked before parting with my money. It cost more but maybe this site is a case of "if it looks too good to be true ...." I sent the phone back on 19.4.18 and haven't heard anything about a refund yet. Very poor service”
