“ordered on the 25th of April didn't arrive till 8th of May, expected a far better delivery time! When I opened box the phone was already switched on, so bang goes your advice to charge a full 10 hours before use! hopefully I will not suffer bad battery life? and then to cap things off who ever put the screen protector on didn't care about the way it looked! the amount of bubbles on the the screen would have gave an Aero bar of choclate a run for its money. I have ordered several phones in the past from you this may be the last, not happy at all..”

“I have been trying to get my money they have had my phone for nearly 2 months. I can't get through to them as the number is constantly engaged, I can't go on Facebook as they have blocked me and have promised my money would be in my account. I have proof and they are now of breach of contract as per their T&Cs. I can also see other people online having problems with not getting their phones or money and they even have got TOWIE people to lie for them and bloggers like Dolly Bow Bow. This cannot be allowed to happen and I have now had to file a theft claim with the police and lodge a complaint with trading standards.”

“Took over a month to receive payment for selling my phone. The response to my many emails were very vague with incorrect timescales and promises. Wrote complaint email which didn’t address anything I outlined and did not receive any sort of reassurance or compensation for all of the inconvenience and stress caused. Would never recommend this company to anyone and will surely never be using it again.”

“Was ok but could have made the payment quicker. My partner was made an offer and when he sent his phone to them they only offered half of the estimate,saying the phone was damaged when we both know that it wasn't! Would I recommend them? Not really”

“There was no explanation as to why my phone was worth £10 rather than the quoted £44. I tried to decline the offer but this wasn’t straightforward, presumably on purpose. The offer was accepted although I dont think I did accept it, and then customer services weren’t at all helpful and I couldn’t resolve it. All in all, it didnt feel v professional and I’d go to a more reputable company next time.”
