Ok when it works. They are not interested if a purchase doesn't track or tracks at the wrong amount. All customer services do is fob you off.

There have now been too many declined cashback offers (including raised claims) from multiple retailers to show they're not policing their retailers performance correct, so in other words don't care much about their own users' experience with Quidco. Used to be better, but this is becoming a frequent pattern with others I know who use Quidco. Thoroughly disappointed.

Quidco locked me out of my account right before i was due to get a payout and refuse to unblock it unless i send them various photographic ID for "Anti Fraud Reasons", i definitely wouldn't trust them with such personal info and none of the other sites have ever had such ridiculous demands! Topcashback from now on

just entered all our details for car insurance comparison, even though i used it last year, and year before, and year before, is till have to enter all my exactly same details still, again, and it couldnt submit as it told me to check my internet connection whch is perfectly working, nothing saved lost it all, now i cant even start the process again because it only offers page to retrieve quote, which is couldnt process. utter 'kin nonsense, infuriating & time wasting bollards. ill stay with my existing provider!

Been ripped off twice by their own Quidco Compare for insurance now. Refuse to pay out. I'm going to stick to Top cash back from now on

Very difficult to get a response to queries and more often than not, tracked purchase are declined months later. Not worth the effort.

Avoid this company, use topcashback instead, at least you will get paid your cashback Been waiting 7 months for £30 for opening up a TSB account and 6 months for £45 for buying car insurance though their comparison site, I doubt if I will ever get this cashback, been told by them, using their site your cashback isn't guaranteed, I believe its a scam company keeping all your cashback as I have seen so many people on line not being paid out as well

I've used it 6 times even on very expensive purchases & all except lowest purchase £ was accepted. Even the bonus payouts declined. It's pointless. Not worth the time & effort imo.

Don't trust this so called company Quidco! I've had the same bad experience as all the others here and from now on I'm going stick with the other cashback sites from now on. As if life isn't stressful enough during these difficult times, these jokers just add to it. Waste of time even trying to get what's owed to us.

If I could have given zero start I would have done. Made a purchase for travel insurance and had £50 in tracking (as was offered) weeks later £50 gone and no explanation why from both Quidco and Goodtogo insurance. Made claim and told offered declined. Rubbish service. Installed.

Don't bother been going on since Sept ld emailed twice said they hadn't heard from the stores yet l did it through their Web site they have cancelled everything saying they can't track it. Odd as I've paid and got the products. Avoid. Up till Jan nearly 4 mths and they hadn't paid out it was only 18 but it seems a big con.

I am unable to access my account, I have been for a while. I completed my Virgin media set up through Quidco. I patiently waited for several months for the £180 cashback to become payable/withdrawable because I understand it can take a while as they cannot make it payable/withdrawable until they receive the payment from the company, in this case Virgin media. The £180 finally became payable/withdrawable which means that they must have received their payment from Virgin media, as they themselves say, it cannot be payable/withdrawable until they receive the payment from the company. As it was a decent amount, I requested a payout and they immediately blocked access to my account and said that they want proof of purchase from me. Why would they need that🤔 as they obviously received the payment from Virgin media otherwise, as I previously mentioned, the cashback would not have progressed to payable/withdrawable status. I no longer had the order confirmation email from Virgin media, it has been several months and I had actually given up on Quidco making the cashback payable/withdrawable by this point as it was well over the estimated timeframe, I am not sending them my bank statements, I don't send them to anyone after a family member was a victim of identity fraud by doing that. I shouldn't have even been asked for evidence anyway as it wasn't like Virgin media were disputing the purchase, in which case I would understand Quidco requesting some evidence. They know that everything was completed as per the requirements of the offer. If the requirements weren't met, Virgin media wouldn't have paid them. I decided to use topcashback and since using them, I have always received my cashback. I've received over £1300 and have over £300 pending at present, Quidco wouldn't even honour £180. I won't be using Quidco again and will always recommend topcashback to my friends and family now. £180 is not exactly small change, let alone the principle of the whole situation.

Been using Quidco for a few years now. Lately most purchases are not tracked. Bought a few car and home insurance and all of the cash backs have been declined! Worth over £100! So just cancelled my account. Gone with Top Cash Back and WeShop.

Forget about this, waste of time. There are dozens of cashback website and they really work. Not this one. More than 20 orders placed using quidco got paid for 1 :)) 6 months later. Just commercials, bet they getting billions but they giving nothing. Not from me anymore. About the 30£ bonus here 20£ bonus there ...All lies never get paid for the bonus they offer. Avoid save your time there are better cashback websites

Con merchants, £10 bonus offer, spend £50 with selected sellers. Spent over £50 with Zooplus, didn't track, raised a claim,surprise surprise, claim rejected, some ridiculous excuse, now of course Quidco don't have to pay the £10 bonus. Going to report them

I’ve been a Quidco member for years, probably about 10-12, and I’ve noticed the number of Cashback transactions that I’ve had declined ever increasing. Most transactions do not track so claims have to be opened, prolonging the entire process. Ultimately these claims will be declined and customer service aren’t interested. Not only do I miss out on small cashback amounts but large bonuses. Time to move on!

I’ve been using Quidco for years. Recently having issues where they don’t pay out. Making excuses about clearing cookies etc. load of rubbish. Waiting for cashback for months. Don’t use them it’s not worth the hassle
