shoes (laced GT) tear fast. customer service is poor. will buy another brand next time.

Not really sure about all of the positive reviews. The shoes look cool. But that's where it ends. They are incredibly heavy and rigid. Gave my blisters wearing them after a couple days. They are so heavy I don't feel confident and safe wearing them with my bike. I feel so clunky wearing them just walking around. They also rattle slightly when you're walking. They are like two bricks on my feet. I tried to return them, but Quoc said I wouldn't be able to so now I'm just stuck with these heavy boots that cost a ton of money and I'll never use again. They look great but are very uncomfortable and I wish I hadn't gotten these.

I would rate higher but I paid for 2-3 day shipping and haven’t received anything yet as of day 6. Also DHL says they have no idea where my package is. So the frustration is growing. Is a refund possible at this point because this has gone from being exciting to being a nightmare. Can someone please help.

I still have not received my order as you sent via Royal Mail who lost it - they have now found it but you are asking for a review of something I still don't have

You need to tune the timing of this review request - no one can form a decent opinion of your shoes so soon!

Make sure you don’t have wide feet. If you do these mono 2 will hurt. Also, they won’t return your shoes if they have cleats installed, odd thing is not sure how you supposed to test the fit if you can’t use them at least once.

Thanks for your feedback. While we try to create shoes for as many foot shapes/sizes as possible, sometimes variations in people's feet will not suit certain shoes. We are available to consult before purchasing via our customer service team, who will happily help you find the right fit. This would help minimise the chance of return and poor fit. Our customer service team are available Mon - Fri 0900 - 1700. As stated in our returns policy found on the returns page items which have been worn or have cleats fitted will be refused as they would no longer be in a saleable condition. This is standard practice for not just cycling shoes but for many other items of outdoor clothing and more pertinent for footwear. See below. "Item(s) can be tried on for sizing but not worn for activity." "Item(s) must be returned with all original packaging intact and with tags attached. Item(s) returned with incomplete or damaged packaging or missing or unattached tags may be refused or subject to a restocking fee." "Item(s) returned as unused/unworn, that have clearly been worn and/or have had cleats attached will be refused." We are sorry that Quoc didn't work out for you this time, but we hope you will return in the future. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
