“I have already provided a review for the Quick Escape Roads, but I have received another invite to place a further review. Since the last review, the shoes have not been worn, but they have been moved from the show shelves near the front door into the storage cupboard, and upon doing that, I noticed that the left heel protector had fallen off. Poor design with the single boa. And poor craftsmanship, it seems.”

“I had placed an order (shoes) and after 10 working days I complained that nothing has delivered yet after which I receive a confirmation that the order is delayed. According to the website, the delivery time is approximately depending on your location and customs procedures at your location. Yes and the latter is a big problem since the Brexit.It was better that no deliveries are made outside Great Britain to retail customers as the latter are victims of the Brexit.”

“Good morning I am very disappointed I ordered on February 1st I still have not received anything and I am asked to pay customs fees I contacted and you told me there was a problem, and made a gesture with new shipment waiting for the package”

“enoying experience! About the 6th or 7th pair of Quoc shoes. All size 43. All ok. Checked size recommendation. Even didn't add the recommended 5mm to measured foot length. Still shoes are one forefinger too long. No way to get them fitting. Fitting was in the evening after a long day on the feet. Having to pay EUR 29,- for DHL return shipment is just an embarrassment. Yes - UK is no more EU - but other outlets don't solve that on the back of clients. That was last QUOC purchase. One of the previous pairs ("Urbanite Hardcourt high") did open very early in use at a simply wrong done seam (no material left to hold the thread). Wrote mails including photos - no reply. Service experience is just appalling. Why such reviews?”

“Received confirmation of my order and that it shipped 5 days ago, but no tracking number. I downloaded the Shop app, since that's what Quoc is instructing me to do, but they're asking for a tracking number as well. Still waiting. Surely this is not as planned. Please help Quoc!”

“Of course the return costs are not covered for such an expensive item. What if the shoes simply don’t fit? Because you have wide fit, or any other reason. That happened to me, my feet felt suffocated. These shoes are not designed for wide feet at all. Returning them, paying 30 EUROS out of my pocket. Absolutely crazy. Unfortunately, never dealing with QUOC again. Very sad.”

“I would rather not have to download an app in order to track my package. And if I am forced to do so, at least I would like the app to be accurate. It has said the package has been delivered 2 hours ago for the last 12 hours. No package. Even if the shoes are so comfortable I have an orgasm, and they peddle the bike by themselves I am not at a point I can recommend them.”
