“The design is very sleek and nice looking. I was expecting a good amount of comfort but it seems I should’ve gotten a size bigger. My toes start to feel crammed after 10 miles and some weird discomfort while attempting to pull up on the shoe. My S-Works 7 got cooked so I decided to try these as my next cycling shoe.”

“Great looking shoes and I love the company, but the shoes come up small, despite what it says on the website. I followed all the instructions with sizing but I stupidly attached the cleats before trying them on. That’s on me. I should have tried them on first. However, a 43 is a 43 and I take a 43 in every other make of cycling shoe and have had no issue. These come up so small that a friend of mine who takes a 42 says they fit perfectly. Really disappointed but technically my fault.”

“I bought a pair of mono II in size 41, I am always a 41 but they were too tight so I wanted to buy a 42 because the shoes are amazing. They didn’t have a 42 so I had to buy a different pair in 42. The only issue is they didn’t treat this as an exchange because it was a different shoe so I had to pay postage. Feels like a con to me”

“The products look good but the lack of half sizes make it not easy to get the right fit. The exchange return process is not as easy as decribed and repeated emails to customer service resulted in being left without any good options.”

“Shoes are indeed stylish, and appear well-made. Would like to see half sizes offered. Customer service is lukewarm at best. My shoes were received without all of the arch support inserts, and rather than correct their mistake, Quoc recommended I go out a and purchase separate insoles. Repeated attempts to rectify have been met with crickets. Will likely stick w/Giro or other brands in the future.”

“Good afterenoon Sorry for the delay in reviewing the shoes I bought, Unfortunately I am not at all enjoying them , The left foot shoe is a lot tighter than the right but also the same shoe is narrower and rubs on my ankle to the point of blistering , I have tried gel shoe strips to see if that helped but not im afraid. I couldnt take them to Mallorca last week due to this and it was the primary reason for the purchase. Again in your T&Cs I cannot not send them back as I have fitted my cleats to them and used them twice but it is only when riding do you know if the fit is correct. When fitting the cleats I thought it was odd that the left cleat I had to lower by 2 measures so the cleat was level with the right one. Not sure what can be done now but it is a lot of money spent not not enjoy what Im sure is a great product. My contact number is 07957 355365 if you should wish to contact me Kind regards Remo”

“I like the styling and feel and the walkability off bike but the sizing is too small for me, i am size 44 on sworks recon and quoc is too narrow and smaller on my wide feet, i gave it try for days thinking that it would need braking in to conform to my feet but no, i am thinking of getting one size up but don’t know if the width would be the same but just longer which would not solve my problem, the problem is i cant know if it would be right and comfortable for me until i give it a nice week ride and putting in the cleats which voids return/exchange claim, i felt i just waisted $265. And if i get again another one with one size up i dont know if it has the same width but just longer, thats my dilemma, i wish customer service consider my concern.”

“The buying and returning process we’re awesome and easy. The shoes I bought weren’t quite as great as I expected. They’re quite heavy and don’t seem breathable, and the fake boa was a pain to use. The fit didn’t really work for me… I feel the size was correct but the toe box gave me some discomfort which is an issue I’ve had in other shoes. Mostly returning them because of the fit. But the other issues make me feel better about the return”

“i love the look of quoc's products, website is easy to navigate. i picked up the escape shoes hoping for a comfortable all-day shoe, something less race-oriented than my current shoes for long training rides. unfortunately my race shoes are so far proving to be more comfortable than the escapes, perhaps down to the single boa closure system.”

“Well I haven't received the shoes or any shipping information ,but I assume that they'll arrive any day now & that all care in packing & process was taken..Q.why did i choose quoc shoes over sidi ?A.the price was nice they look alright on the pros so why not a least try something different in AMBER 🤙”

“Firstly these are absolutely gorgeous. The look and feel amazing. The quality it’s awesome….But sadly the sizing is totally out. I got the 42 and these are nowhere near that. More like a 40 or 41. I got them for an amazing price because they were the last pair they had so sadly I’m going to have to send them back for a refund. Hopefully someone else will fit them. 👍”

“The customer services team were great in helping find the correct size of shoes. The shoes are a thing of beauty but, unfortunately, despite the sizing help they were far too tight, or were my feet too wide. I had to return the shoes, they were no good for me so back to square one.”

“Ordered 2 pairs and the quality seemed very good and would have happily kept one pair. However, neither were wide enough at the toes and were uncomfortable. I don't think I have particular wide feet as other brands standard fit is ok. Will keep an eye out for a wider fit version in the future”

“I like the quality of the shoe - but unfortunately the size was too small for me so I am ordering it again a little bit larger. The return process back to UK is complictaed and expensive (due of Brexit) and you should consider a hub in Europe to make the return process smoother and less expensive.”
