Communication from the supplier was great and the rack itself is perfect for my application. Delivery was on time and the equipment was packed well and arrived without any damage (always important)!

Good sales advice Good price for cabinet and even got a friendly delivery company who delivered it on pallet to front door despite difficult parking

Pros: Good supplier. Good price and decent quality. In case of any issue, they will do their best to help, solve any issue and satisfy customer (which they did). Cons: We ordered cabinet and they struggled to provide correct one. It took them 3 weeks to deliver correct parts.

Very good experience with the first purchase - good product and quick delivery. Then I tried to buy another product, just needed more information. Unfortunately, despite sending emails and using the website's online chat facility I have found out virtually nothing and felt completely ignored. Ended up buying the goods from another supplier.

pros: goods arrived on time, good price, delivery guy agreed to help set up. cons: guy on phone said 15 minute assembly. even with the expert from rack supplier helping 2 of us, it took nearly two hours to set up. there's lock on front door but side panels can just be lifted off so rather pointless security on cabinet.

Product is good, but the website design is poor, the staff when called did not know where our delivery was, at one point we were told it was delivered to us but in Edinburgh. Arrangement for payment was not clear and we had to make a quick payment to enable to item to be despatched. In summary good product, but company processes need to be sorted as impacting customer experience.

Dear Natalie, Many thanks for your feedback, but we think it is not fair , especially when our team done their best to offer you best customer services and also free next day delivery even when the order and Payment came out of our cutoff time. Order was placed 10 Mar 2015 14:27:31and POD shows items delivered 11:20:00 11/03/2015 and signed clear. In regards to Edinburgh, we have received a call when no order was placed with us on Monday and there was no delivery info available . I think your company should also have good instruction in terms of raising quote, placing the order and arrange the payment which will avoid this kind of confusions and of course not blaming other companies. Item not in stock, which was not clear from website when order placed. Had to modify order. No assembly instructions came with flat pack rack. Had to to contact company to ask for instructions and to be fair they responded pretty quickly. The very first instruction reads "the side in which have the yellow signs must be put to the end of the cabinet", with accompanying pictures. The very next instruction reads "Yellow signs same side". The problem is that there are no yellow signs anywhere. The product was delivered outside my garage, as instructed by me, as the driver called on my mobile to indicate he was outside the house and no-one was in. I had no idea when to expect delivery, so hardly surprising. The issue is that the product was delivered on a pallet, and neither the delivery company nor racksupplier.co.uk were willing to collect the pallet, which has left me, the customer, with the headache of having to dispose of the pallet. Racksupplier.co.uk are clearly not a customer focused company and I will not be using them again.

I was tempted to choose very poor. The delivery was terrible, 3 attempts before they finally delivered and the rack had superficial damage due to the poor handling. The rack was very good, a shame about the carrier.

Got the Rack with 1 fan out of 4 not working. tried to call the number in the invoice but got through to Vodafone voicemail. left a written message on their online messaging system requesting a call back and now 4 days on and still no call. The stuff quality is good, the delivery was very good. The customer communication is poor. Therefore I am rating them poor.

Whereas the product is OK the delivery doesn't match our expectation; the product has not been delivered as quick as it was promised. No communication done by Rack Supplier to inform his client as long as the client don't contact Rack Supplier directly. I think that by improving the communication and informing the client about a daily would make the service and client relation much better.

I had ordered the 9U wall mounted 19 Inch Rack 600 (W) x 450 (D)x 500 (H) Glass Front Door Gray for € 145,83. A few moments later i received a phone call from an operator who indicated that there wasn't a Gray rack in stock. Instead he offered me the same model but in black which was ok for me since initially I was looking for a black rack. Once received in perfect condition and within only two days which was great and thanks for that. I discovered that this rack 9U wall mounted 19 Inch Rack 600 (W) x 450 (D)x 500 (H) Glass Front Door Black isn't exactly the same model and costs on the website 5,83 euro less .... :( At the end im' happy with the rack but don't find it correct to pay 5,83 euro more and don't have received the exact model i have ordered ( i don't care about the colour) The poor score is for the extra euro's i have paid .... for the rest TOP !

Although when I got it the case was very nice quality, the shopping experience wasn't I ordered on the 6th and got an email saying it would be shipped 24hr courier and would arrive by 10th! When it hadn't arrived by the 12th I complained. it seems they were awaiting stock which wasn't mentioned in the ad. I received on the 16th - having had to buy an alternative case elsewhere as speed was an issue. The package when it arrived was very knocked about and damaged, although to be fair that was probably the couriers fault and the contents were not damaged. It's a shame as I would certainly have bought more had my experience been better.

Sent a item that was missing parts, Then said they would send the parts tracking number says it hasnt been given to DPD yet 3 days later still hasnt been given to DPD. Tried to contact them again they wont even respond now. Dont buy from them its a massive stressball

Ordered the rack on their NL website. First, they said that they do not have the model I ordered online, then they proposed another one. OK, took a smaller one. When everything has arrived, discovered that the plugs are for the UK and not for NL. Sent them e-mail asking to send me NL plugs. No answer. Not acceptable.

This was the first time we have ordered from Rack Supplier and because we needed the items very quickly we paid for next day delivery. We ordered on Monday evening and after a phone call on Thursday to see what the delay was we were told they were out of stock for which we hadn't been notified. The items were sent on an overnight delivery to be with us on Friday morning which was unfortunately too late for the work that was being carried out on Thursday evening. Needless to say we were very disappointed with the service we received but once it was recognised Rack Supplier rectified the situation as quickly as they could.

Ordered a range of 2U, 3U and 4U racks. First delivery had to be returned due to very poor packing. Second delivery was also packed very poorly and goods weren't consistent (different handles and locks etc) We proceeded to return the second delivery in exactly the same packaiging using exactly the same courier only to be told we couldn;t have a full refund due to transit damage - There word against ours and I don't have the time to argue about it. I must admit, up until the first delivery I found the customer service experience very good. It's just a shame they don't look after their products and follow the customer service through to the end. I am a Buyer so I know a thing or two about service!
