They told me I already received it and I never did then I had to wait all the way until Thursday to have it delivered when It was supposed to be delivered Monday @11:45 am to 3:45pm then the days when by then the times kept changing on me as well it was a headache but the part fits my car in so excited I finally got it”

The radiator that you ordered was backorderd and you were notified and informed radiator would ship as soon as it came back in stock.
It actually shipped out Friday 11-3-23, and per FedEx tracking it was delivered to you yesterday 11-9-23.

We would have refunded the money the day we received the order as we told you the part was on back order. You chose to keep it on order and ship when available. Your review does not help us in any way as what was done was with your consent.

“4 star because,they didn't have the one I ordered and shipped a different brand instead of informing me when I placed order, which I did not like I should have been told immediately. The one they sent arrived on time and did work I didn't need to do any mods. Other than that it was a good experience and I would recommend.”

An email was sent out at 8.58 am pacific time on oct 28th. We never make a change without informing. Since we did not hear back we shipped it out to avoid delays.
