“I was having a hard time finding the correct radiator for my vehicle 2014 Malibu Eco Tech even the dealership was having a hard time getting me the right radiator. They actually were able to send me the correct radiator that worked for me I was happy with that. They also got it too many a very timely matter that was awesome. What sucks though is the drain plug did not come with a rubber gasket so it was leaking I had to go by and a rubber O-ring for it so it would work. I contacted them about the problem they still haven't contact me back so I'm a little disappointed about that.”

Apologize for not getting back. Do you know who you spoke to? Also the drain plugs are installed at the factory and radiators air tested before boxing. Clearly this particular one slipped through. If we can be of any further help please don't hesitate to contact me.

“Radiator Now sent package thru FEDEX which in turn delivered to wrong address. Delivery was not as promised. Contacted Radiator Now and was told it had been delivered. Upon receiving a photo of delivery it was delivered to a house not our company. I was told that they would call FedEx and redeliver that was on Friday 10/24. On Monday 10/27 was called by the resident where the package has been delivered and was told package was still on their porch. My company went to the address where it was delivered and picked the package up. Resident stated they called FEDEX twice and was told it would be picked up however this was not the case.”

Was told the bent fins were okay as long as the tubes werent damaged.Hmm made me wonder if she was referring to the transmission cooling lines. Bent fins restrict the airflow through the radiator.”
Hello,
Bent fins do restrict airflow so it depends on the extent. If you are uncomfortable happy to change it out. Fins can also be straightened out to allow air flow.
