Sorry you feel this way. The policy is already on the website and just in case one has not seen that we sent you a email and you actually acknowledged the policy before the return label was sent. The radiator was not needed as you had a engine blowout and we don't cover the return freight.

Apologize for the box being opened. Rest assured the boxes are properly stapled before leaving the warehouse. If it was opened it probably happened during shipping. Please contact us if there are any issues with the radiator. As for shipping what you paid for is standard shipping and the dates given are estimates only.
