“Not one problem with the radiator but the delivery on the other hand was an issue.
I placed an order to received in 2 days but got it in 4 days, don't Franco's radiators now fault but UPS's as tracking showed it stayed stagnant for 3 days in a warehouse two or three miles from its final destination”

Sorry you feel this way. The policy is already on the website and just in case one has not seen that we sent you a email and you actually acknowledged the policy before the return label was sent. The radiator was not needed as you had a engine blowout and we don't cover the return freight.
