“With ANYTHING, problems can happen, the difference is how it's taken care of after it does. Ended up getting a radiator that was damaged. Since it was in a factory shipping sealed box I will assume it was in transport at some point. I called the listed number and provided a couple of pictures, and in less than a half hour the full purchase price with shipping was refunded to my account. Great customer service! Quick and no hassle.”

Sorry to hear about this. We have received your email at 6.30 pm PST which is after hours. We have not even had a chance to investigate this to see if it was sent to the wrong address by us or delivered to the wrong place by fedex.

After investigating we figured Fedex delivered to the wrong address. This is something beyond our control.

“Good price on the radiator. The new one showed up and had two 7/16" metal posts coming up off of the top of the radiator, which went into two holes in a cross brace. There were two factory brackets that would have held the radiator in place, but they had two little plastic "fingers" that would have dropped onto those holes. I had to cut the fingers off and drill the brackets with a 1/2" hole, then all was well.”
