“Exceeded my expectations. The unit I ordered was on backorder so they called the day after I placed them order and offered a unit in stock. This unit was cheaper, so I was refunded the difference. The unit arrived on time and was a drop in replacement. The unit hasn't had any issues after about 1 month. I am very satisfied with the purchase”

Dear Customer,
We received your order on December 16th at 4pm and shipped it the very next day. Initial delivery from FedEx was December 18th.

We are sorry you did not get what you wanted. Please could you send me a snapshot of where it says our products are OEM. We manufacture to OEM specifications but OEM products are usually available through the dealer only.
