“I was skeptical at first because the radiator for my Cadillac Deville was so much cheaper than everywhere else. I ordered the radiator that evening. The next morning i got a call from Radiator Now, I thought here we go.... Actually they were calling to confirm I ordered the right setup for my vehicle. The radiator arrived within a couple days it was in perfect condition and went right in. After pouring half a gallon of coolant in I noticed a leak in the middle of the radiator. I called Radiator Now and talked to a real person who I could actually understand. She needed a couple pictures. After sending the pictures she responded very quickly and confirmed they were shipping out a replacement. I received the replacement within 2 or 3 days and it didn't leak. I cant blame Radiator Now for the leaky radiator. I can say their customer service is EXCELLENT. Prices are pretty good too.”
