“So I choose this business because it says 1 to 2 day shipping. I live less then 100 miles from their headquarters; so I figured 2 days at the most. I called them on Thursday to change the name on the order. When I spoke to the woman that answered the phone; after correcting the name on the order, I asked her about wheather the radiator would arrive by Saturday. She said "hmm umm I think so, but FedEx delivers on Sunday as well, so you should be good" so I said ok thank you. Mind you; not once was I given shipping options. On Saturday I begin to track the package. It says it'll arrive by 2:20. Package doesn't arrive til after 11AM on Monday. I spoke to someone through email so I can get a refund on the shipping since they clearly advertise 2 day shipping. I explained to them how pretty much any other company was willing to ship for free on Monday ( same price on radiator or cheaper ) but I choose them because of the 2 day shipping. Needless to say they refused and said they had more shipping options ( which was never told to me ) . Bottom line is; save yourself the time and aggravation. If they can't deliver to someone that's less then 100 miles away; what makes you think it'll get to you on time.”

Sorry for the delay. Your order was received at 8.36 pm after hours and was shipped the very next day. All shipping options are available at check out but you selected standard shipping which is never guaranteed. We depend on our shipping partner FedEx for deliveries and unfortunately there are delays sometimes. If you go through the reviews you would see we are known for our service and speed of delivery.
