“The sport I play demands a lot physically and to prevent injuries i need to make sure my body/muscles are strong and able to recover - I'm really excited to start using Radix's Whey Protein as part of my training programme to see how it can help. And being local too is a plus (I'm Hamilton-based).”

“Love that I can find plant based food that has no gluten or garlic or onion! Saves me so much time of having to just make my own! And it’s tasty!”

Hi Kyreena, A few of our meals do have onion and garlic. Please be sure to check the packet before consuming or contact us on info@radixnutrition.com if you'd like further details! Thanks, Anna @ Radix

“Arrived the day after ordering. As a person with gluten and other food sensitivities, I loved the fact that I could eat pretty much everything in the range. The 600 kcal meals for lunch taste great and hold me through an eight-hour nursing shift until dinner, a rarity for me and I know that I'm getting more balanced nutrition than what I'd throw together at 6am.”
