“I find that Radix has produced a range of reliable quality LOW FODMAP meal products which I have eaten over the past 4-5 years. No gastrointestinal issues with running. All you need is hot water and a spoon. Perfect when you are on the go and find it difficult to find nutrition to suit your needs. C.L.N.”

“I've recently used Radix dehydrated meals on a four day tramping trip. I was looking for a dehy that has more energy and protein than other dehy meals I've seen in NZ. I chose the big portion sizes for both breakfast and dinner. There is a definite taste to each of the meals with a good variety. I definitely had much more energy during the day and my recovery was much better between days than had been on previous trips with other dehy meals. I did feel as though I'd hd a protein shake after the meals but that is not surprising given the amount of protein in each meal. I recommend drinking enough after the meal. This is a great solution for those who feel they are not getting enough nutrients on trips while wanting to keep the weight down.”

“I first discovered Radix when I was cycle touring in Australia and another cycle tourist gave me a package of their freeze dried meals. I think at the time that was a barbecue one and I was blown away at how excellent they tasted and they were lightweight with 800 cal a true expedition meal real ingredients real flavor real food designed to keep you going with the proper nutrients. I love them so much that my next cycle tour I purchased over 150 meals from them and even back in the United States. I continue to buy them for hiking or biking trips that I wanna do. I’ve tried them all and Radix nutrition is by far the best with the widest selection of quality products using 100% real ingredients For me, there’s no substitute every expedition every tour, every hike I’m on, there’s always Radix in my pack.”
