Very small bouquet for the money, a day after the arrangement was delivered a couple of the lilies were already wilted. Very disappointing, will be the last time I purchase from Rafael Florist.

Our delivery was 2 hours late and despite calling twice and emailing once for an update, you never contacted me back. Worse, the vase you provide leaked, so the flowers had to be left downstairs so the person who I sent them to couldn't even enjoy them, since she is bedridden upstairs. Very disappointed.

The arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like what I had ordered. Even though I had ordered and paid for the premium arrangement, what was delivered looked like a very cheep version of the picture online. Was embarrassed!

I bought what I thought was a fairly expensive bouquet for my mom returning from hospital. I wanted to make her feel loved and cherished and to cheer her up. I live abroad so had to arrange everything remotely. When my sister in law sent me a photo of the flowers that were sent I was really disappointed by how small the bouquet was. Seems like I spent a lot of money on little and I was embarrassed that my mom would think I was being miserly. It ruined the gesture I was trying to make. And I felt really bad being so far away that I couldn't do much to compensate for it.

Ipaid form a premiums version of the Christmas Cheer bouque(16" x 14") t but the bouquet that was delivered was much much smaller,. I am quite disappointed and have contacted you to ask for a re delivery or a refund. The quality and design was very nice but nothing like what I paid for. Thank
