“I wanted to place a peonie order for Mothees Day but I wanted to speak to someone on the colors etc. I called but they don’t have a person answering the phone anymore. I placed the order online. It arrived within the specified time frame without issue. However, the receiver informed me that while the bouquet was lovely, all the peonies were already opened. Peonies open fast and don’t last longer after, so it’s a shame she will only be able to enjoy them for a few days. I would’ve hoped that the majority wouldn’t been closed so a 100 bouquet would last a bit longer. This is the first time I’ve done an online order versus going in person .”

“Mixed review on service as had to call and poke them to look at my on line order. They also refused to send me a photo of the bouquet prior to delivery. Which I've done with other local florists since I'm across the country. Can't understand why they wouldn't since I'd already paid for it. That said, it did arrive on time and my family says it's gorgeous!”

“I have ordered flowers for delivery two times now. The flower arrangements always turn out nice but they are a little pricey and the delivery always arrives right at the end of the delivery window. When paying extra for the morning delivery, it would be nice if the flowers didn’t arrive right at the noon deadline.”

“Florist forgot to put who the flowers were from on the card. Flowers were just what were ordered. They are beautiful.”

“I appreciate your floral talents when sending flowers to my mother in law... thank you! I used the online function as Mother's Day was nearing and Rafael Florist was not taking any more phone orders. I noted in the "notes" section, which was really only notes for delivery, I suppose, that the arrangement should be in all white flowers, if possible. When my MIL sent me a picture of her bouquet, although very lovely, it was really colorful. I understand completely that Mom's Day is the Superbowl for florists, but I think your online portal could have a section for notes that are directed to the floral designer, not just delivery. Just a thought... thanks for always being so awesome!”
