"The Rainbird app doesn't have a new modern design. But that would be absolutely fine if it worked! :( Connecting to the controller (getting schedules and settings) takes ages. The first time it usually works. But if you have multiple zones or even controllers like me you must be really lucky to run the irrigation on a second one and on. Often time I get \"Communication error\" (Rainbird server has not received a response from the controller). It's very annoying and lengthy. Btw: the Wifi is fine and strong :)"

"If I could give zero I would given it. Beware of this company at any cost. Their products might be good but their service sucks. Ordered rainbird system through their online store and order confirmation said it will be delivered in two business days. It\u2019s been more than 7 business days and constant follow ups with their reps is pain. it\u2019s difficult to deal with rude customer service executives who don\u2019t even listen to anyone. Called FedEx and they say they don\u2019t any information and asks me talk to supplier. I don\u2019t have any options but to file for chargebacks."
