“Good competitive prices but let down by a clumsy website which has a poor search facility and often crashes during the ordering process. Also let down by a poor courier service who often lose parcels or delay delivery. Rapid may argue that delivery is free and not guaranteed for the next day but that's exactly the same as Farnell and RS and their parcels arrive on time. Difficult to run a business when you don't know if and when your components will arrive.”

“Rapid are an excellent company who typically appear to meet promised deliveries as expected and provide goods as advertised. I have no experience of their customer care as no problems to date and consequently cannot rate then as Very Good.”

“For many years I have been and continue to use the major suppliers of electronics components and equipment. I've been aware of Rapid since the early 2000's but never needed to use them as my requirements were met by my other suppliers and still are. My first experience of Rapid has been good and a major plus for me is the ease and speed of locating specific components from their good database. I often need very specific components and frequently need to order from international sources abroad. However after my first order with Rapid and the speedy delivery with careful packaging and good documentation, both by email and hard copy I intend to move them up the list of potential suppliers for certain components. Time searching for very specific components looks promising and is fast on the Rapidonline site and linking manufacturers pdf data files to many products is a major help in resolving technical queries.”

“I always use Rapid Online for my 3D printing supplies as their prices are very good, delivery is very quick and the level of service received is also very impressive; In addition, RO's range of Arduino components is vast. I have never had to send anything back and, with a massive online catalogue to search through, I am always excited when scanning through their listings to support projects that I'm currently working on. Visited the RO storefront (Colchester) last week and the staff are both bubbly and extremely helpful, sourcing the right products for me situation. Happy to continue shopping at RO! Glad I found them!”
