Part of my order was received within two days of ordering. We are still waiting for batteries that were available online, but then the invoice stated that three were on backorder. I am unaware of this term, I assume it means you had no stock and are awaiting your order. No mention of time was stated on when I will receive the remaining three batteries.

Administration was fine, and customer service was good, but delivery was not within the indicated timescale because courier could not find my address. This end of the process is weak - provision should be made for special instructions/directions, as well as use of telephone contact details (or text for most people, but useless where I live as signal is erratic).

Easy to use website, easy to find what I want. However, too often now stuff is found to be out of stock after payment has been taken and I have to wait sometimes a month or more. I am being forced into buying from several sources to keep my production going. COULD DO BETTER!

was a little disappointed with the delivery time. Items was in stock and claimed next day delivery, actually received the item 5 working days later. I accept that I didn't pay for next day, but 5 days!!

I can tell you how I was made to feel VERY unhappy . . By using UK Mail as their courier of choice they are subjecting their customers to the sort of extremely unacceptable delivery service that I suffered recently. In their defence, a member of staff (Sarah) went out of her way in order to try and help but nevertheless the order was not delivered within the UK Mail contracted time period and yet no refund of the fee I had paid for the courier service was offered. Until the management at Rapid elect to use a reliable and dependable courier I will be very unlikely to place further orders with Rapid.

I ordered 22 items but only one has arrived so far! I have not been given a date of when to expect the rest of the items.

The only reason that I have not given you top score is because your courier keeps delivering the parcels to the wrong address, the parcels have the correct Smeaton Rd delivery address attached but they keep going to the invoice address at Watt Rd.

No nasty surprises, on time delivery. Stock always appears low with Rapid. Choice is limited, not a top choice for professionals.

I've used Rapid for years because they offer competative prices and the delivery is always.......Rapid. I have to say that this time I was really let down by their choice of UK Mail as courrier. They took ages to deliver and their tracking system lied to me. One day they told me the parcel was out for delivery, I then booked a redelivery for a day that I'd be in waited around, looked at the tracking to see where my parcel was and the penultimate status was "redelivery arranged by recipient" and the current status was "package being returned to sender!" Useless!

Only problem that was that i as a wholesaler had to pay the same price as my customer online in other terms i made nothing on it however carriage was quick and website is good

There is no method of cancelling an online order actually online which caused problems. I sent an email as needed to amend the order but as this was in the evening the order had been packed ready for dispatch prior to my email being acknowledged. I therefore called early morning and sorted the problem however the person I spoke to did not advise the team who respond to emails so it took several more phone calls to get my order sent.
