All items ordered are good and packed well. Unfortunately the courier company lets them down. As Rapid deal with mainly business it seems a bit funny that they use a courier company that delvers up until 9pm. On most occasions I have to pay someone overtime to wait for deliveries from Rapid. On some occasions have had to wait until 8.30pm. Also, some non deliveries for 3 days. Courier company letting Rapid down badly

Delivery sill very good. Some product ranges still decent but now more expensive than before. No point comparing your self to Farnell or RS as we already have accounts with them and if we want some thing unusual we pay for it other wise it's the price. Wanted to do some reviews etc but you said no. This and in general Rapid is much less dynamic now Conrad are in charge. I now spend much less with Rapid you have lots of products I do not need and less of the ones that I do ... Also the price is now worse. Also on the front of the page stop talking about tech you don't have .. you see an article on some wizzo tech .. click on it thinking that it may be relevant to Rapid but NO it's just some article you've copied from a magazine site ...stop doing it and put some of your own stuff on there it's really annoying

I use Rapid or CPC for most of my hobby electronic components (resistors, transistors etc) and generally the service is good. However, nearly all my orders with Rapid end up with parts on 'back order' because they are not in stock (even though they are shown in stock on the website) and of course it's always the part I really need.

My last review was about the 3Doodler pen, I found Rapid very understanding and organised an exchange asap, sorry about the mix up ;-) although i'm Just waiting for Rapid to contact me about a refund which seems to take longer than receiving information about an exchange :-(

not as good on customer service as they used to be. opted for 'normal' but was hovering between 'poor' and 'normal'

I am still waiting to receive my order, it was despatched quick enough, but even here I would have expected the item to be here by now, so have given you a rating in the middle as it may be the carriers at this end that are at fault.

good range of stock , reasonable prices on most items , company is let down by a rubbish web site with a poor search and filters that don't work properly.

Please use Royal Mail instead of that UK mail service, the delivery was a bit fiddly. Don't need to be at home to receive some terminal blocks. Otherwise great product!

The quality of the products is good, but delivery is fragmented. I ordered 6 small items and have received 4 up to date in 3 separate deliveries. The need for a password before you can order is un necessary and frustrating. I already have so many passwords that I can't remember them all. Why can't I shop as a guest? A good range of quality products but customer focus is sadly lacking.

this is the first time I have used this website, the items arrived in good time however there were some bits missing from the packs that I had ordered. I am still waiting for these items to arrive.

Please check on the 'DELIVERY ADDRESS' stated on our orders, as they are sometimes being sent out to the wrong address as we have 2 different sites !!!!!!

Good competitive prices but let down by a clumsy website which has a poor search facility and often crashes during the ordering process. Also let down by a poor courier service who often lose parcels or delay delivery. Rapid may argue that delivery is free and not guaranteed for the next day but that's exactly the same as Farnell and RS and their parcels arrive on time. Difficult to run a business when you don't know if and when your components will arrive.

I made a mistake in the order and ended up with the ordered goods and not the things I really need so I contacted the company and explained what I really need. I was asked to return the goods and they would help me sort the whole thing out. Am know in the process and will remark at the end?.?.......so far so good.

Normally delivery is very fast, I oreder by 8pm and it has in the past been here by 9am next day. But this time it took nearly 3 days. Also if I contact a sales person I can sometimes get slightly cheaper prices. As I order the same things on a regular basis should I not be able to get a better price without taking their time my time, and increasing order time.

Generally good value products and good service - sadly often let down by the fact that stock quantities seem to be maintained at a fairly low level, so shipment of my orders frequently resulting in a back-order delay! Not sure if that's due to not holding adequate quantities of stock in the first place for the particular items I tend to order, or if by unusual coincidence there's been a sudden "run" on that item -strange how this seems to happen almost every time I place an order however!?
