“Always a very fast delivery and the goods are well packed and easily identified as all the individual bags are, serialised and have the part number printed on the label. depending on how much you order the postage is free and the threshold before it's free is quite reasonable. The web site is excellent for information about the products with downloadable data sheets, that, on some other sites, you have to jump through hoops to get the info. One minor gripe is the drop down boxes that drop from the categories from the banner right across the page near the top, do so a little to easily/often and it means moving the mouse round an imaginary course to get them to retract so you can get to what you want. Great company, looking after the hobbyist as well as the professional, unlike T***y long gone, and M****n who have both succumbed to the gimmick and gadget end of the market. The printed manuals that I received recently are a great resource for research and browsing off line. Glad to do business with Rapid, and no connection other than customer. Regards, Pete M”

“Ordered some parts late in the day, got them the following morning. There was one incorrect part that had been mis-packed. I rang and spoke to a lady called Jodie who was very apologetic and promised me the right one would arrive next day as a priority. True to her word it did and I am a very happy customer. I was recommended Rapid by a friend who has used them and they have since been recommended by me to someone else.”

“Rapid are an excellent well-organised electronic component supplier. If they have it it will be delivered next day. Their prices are usually keen; I was just checking a Velleman kit and they were £10 less than the others. But you always need to check several suppliers.”
