“The purchasing experience is a very good one. They always have what I want and it is easy to fnd the same. Should an item be out of stock the catalogue says so and tells you when it is expected. this enables you to make a considered decision about whether to order and wait or look elsewhere. I usually wait becaue I am a hobby user of the company and so manyana is soon enough! Regards, John”

“Great website. Excellent range of products at very competitive prices. Unfortunately, my last two deliveries were left on my doorstep as I was at work. Not good at all. That's a couple of hundred quids worth of stuff left in plain view for anyone to walk off with. If you used the Royal Mail as your delivery company then I would expect to buy from you more often, as a failed delivery means that I simply have to drop down to the Post Office depot to pick up the parcel. Therefore I will only buy from you again if I can guarantee being in.”

“Cheapest price I could find for the item I needed. Wasn't too happy with paying for delivery, usually next day deliveries take 2-3 days to reach me, but this time the item did arrive the following day. Would use them again.”

“As a very first time person in beginning to start a model train system at 67 years old I decided to read as much material I could find on the "In's and out's" of taking the first and bold step of producing a layout and deciding to go with DCC. After reading the "Hornby Yearbook 2015" there were several projects that interested me and was close to my thoughts, but I needed parts, so using a web site of Rapid Electronics I was lucky enough to contact there export manager, who was extremely helpful. I went into the web site and found the items I wanted, placed an order and within a few days it had arrived from England to Australia. I was blown away by their expert attention to detail.
