“I ordered a Bresser Optik Biolux CEA USB Microscope for my 10 year old, who seems to be interested in such things, as I had seen good reviews of it elsewhere. It arrived promptly, as is the norm with Rapid, however it was fitted with a 2-pin "euro plug" and not the correct 3-pin UK plug. Not only is this not disclosed on the website, but I understand that this is contrary to the regulations governing the sale of electrical goods in the UK. I contacted Rapid, but had to wait 4 days and prompt them by email before getting other than an acknowledgement. At this point I was promised a suitable adapter by "courier". Two days later, the "courier" has still not arrived despite the fact that the original delivery took less 24 hours. I'm not impressed and neither is my 10 year old. I assume you won't use this review as you will filter out the bad ones, but you could prove me wrong?”

“Uncertain about the product I was intending to buy, I phoned up and received really helpful information to help me in my decision. My order was dealt with very promptly and despatched by Royal Mail. The delivery service let me down, as the parcel seems to have gone astray, so after the 15 days had elapsed, Rapid Customer Services sent me a replacement within hours and it reached me within 48 hours. The replacement and faster courier service cost me nothing. I rate this company very highly, as it was not their fault the original package got lost, and I will use them again and recommend them to everyone. By the way, the product worked perfectly and suited my needs completely!”
