“Rapid are very competitive on price, for some items, which is why I use them. The responsiveness of their customer service is excellent. I have been a customer for 2 years and would have rated them more highly, in the past. Any recommendation I might make would now be with a caveat, because they are let down by the use of the carrier UkMail. I have had significant difficulties with the delivery of my latest order.”
