“Part of my order was received within two days of ordering. We are still waiting for batteries that were available online, but then the invoice stated that three were on backorder. I am unaware of this term, I assume it means you had no stock and are awaiting your order. No mention of time was stated on when I will receive the remaining three batteries.”

“There were problems with the delivery of of this order and then it had to be returned as it was faulty and a replacement sent out. The assistance from Rapid Electronics during this was excellent, however the same could not be said of the delivery agents, UK Mail, where their tracking website was out of sync with what was actually going on.”
