“Where the product is in stock, everything works well. Pricing is good in general. Be aware the technical advice is slightly better than useless. Data shown on the web site is often innaccurate or even incorrect. You can get the situation where parts are substituted for 'equivalent' but find this in not quite true. for example boxes with shade differences and even different materials! Their standards are adequate for the education and hobby markets. for industrial and manufacturers, care needs to be taken.”

“They only had half the stock I ordered and I wasn't informed of this until I contacted them to ask why only half had been delivered. I still had to pay the full postage charge for half the products after I cancelled the order increasing the unit price significantly. Very poor communication.”

“My only criticism is about the website. The presentation of search results makes selecting suitable components slow and difficult. The use of filters such as those on Farnell & RS websites would make homing in on suitable components so much quicker.”
