“Simply by doing the job right, efficiently, and supplying goods that are intact/functional and fit for purpose. Add in the progress mails to notify from purchase to despatch and you really can't expect any more or less. They do their bit right, and that's all they can possibly be expected to do and be rated highly for service. Two higher value orders to date supplied since mid-December and all fine.”
