“Very fast delivery, really good product”

“Good range of electronic goods for the typical hobbyist. Rapid delivery and excellent packaging but postage can be a bit expensive, especially for small items that could be better, and much more cheaply, sent via letter. It is better to build up a basket and order in one fell swoop rather than buy ad-hoc. Just don't forget anything, or order the wrong stuff because the postage costs all add up.”

“Easy to find part, good description on website, delivery a bit odd, kept leaving a card with no details, tried to reorganise but just found a card next day again, when I finally left a card on the door step with notes, they just posted it through letterbox!? not sure why they didn't do this on day 1 as parcel was tiny!”

“On latest order one item missing no indication of reason. I had to phone to be told it was on back order. However when I placed the order over 4000 were shown to be in stock. I was promised the item would be posted to me and I expected it to arrive next day, but it hasn't yet arrived. I'm not happy that so many of your products are now only available in larger quantities.”
