“As with previous experience, Rapid deliver pretty darned fast !! I was surprised at the speed given that this order was placed during the "holiday season" but it still arrived ahead of everyone's expectations. Their dispatch office went to the trouble of ringing me to check an address because they were unable to dleiver first time around. My fault - I'd given them the wrong house number. In itself, excellent services but when I tell you they rang me in France to check, that's 5 star service in anyone's book. Many thanks Rapid.”

“Our order was placed on 5/1/15 and goods received on 15/1/15. Not what I would call Rapid! The above experience is very unusual. If you had asked for feedback at any other time, it would have been much higher up the scale. I would be interested to know if there is any follow-up?”

“Only thing i will say is that when you place an order it always says in stock for same day despatch but does not let you know that it could take anything upto 3-5 working days to receive the goods without paying the additional carriage.”

“Excellent prices however the lack of free postage until you spend £30 ex VAT giving a £36 spend to get free postage is a real disincentive. The likes of CPC give free postage for on-line orders.”
