“Terrible (no) effort to establish relationship with us - we give Rapid so much business. Never once had a call from our account manager (would't surprise me if we didn't have one). Awful policy of handling fee (25% or something ridiculous) condsidering we may only have an issue with maybe 1% of our orders and again baring in mind the amount we spend buying Rapid products. Otherwise, stock range is fantastic and delivery is included and next day when in stock - that all is brilliant.”

“Fast, accurate service. Had the parts I needed in stock. The packaging was a bit expensive and over the top. A big box for 15 LED's that could have gone in a jiffy bag.”
