“Their technical section helped me to identify an equivalent Relay for the one that was faulty. They were spot on with the information and the part was delivered next day...and considering it only cost £2.48...there wasn't much in it for them. Well done guys. Part fitted to expensive PCB, machine working perfect...result!”

“Most of the time you have what we need in stock and right hand prices make it very difficult for your competitors to get a look in. We moved recently and your system sorted things out in response to one phone call. By comparison it took BT six weeks to achieve the same result. You do run out of stock from time to time and allow a back order. No doubt this is is a part of the way you keep the prices competitive but it does mean repeated carriage costs.”

“Brilliant is the best way to describe Rapid Electronics. They live up to their name. I ordered the parts at 4pm one day, they arrived by 10am the following day in good working condition. That is indeed rapid. I'll be using them again for any bits I need.”

“It did not. Since takeover by Conrad there are too many items on backorder. At work there are more omissions from order and I waste time contacting Rapid to sort this out. However, the people manning the telephones are just BRILLIANT!”
