“Rapid by name and Rapid by nature. I could not believe how quick. I ordered in the late afternoon. Had an email next morning to say my item was dispatched and received before lunch time. Item was spot on.”

“Reasonable website, quick delivery and fair priced items makes Rapid attractive to buy from. However, we had multiple invoices and warning emails due to the bizarre reason that Rapid 'forgot' to add VAT to the original. Very odd.”

“"Over six years of dealing with Rapid Electronics I can honestly say that the service has been nothing short of excellent. Site navigation is straight forward, delivery times have provided an unbelievably swift response, well packaged, individually wrapped & labelled bags (important if you are not the one dealing with the delivered consignment). Back orders are followed up faithfully when in stock. What more could be asked? A very satisfied customer indeed & one who recommends the company to many model railway enthusiasts! David.”

“We recently purchased a number of CodeBugs via Rapid. I found the website easy to navigate (although there is an issue with saving baskets at the moment it seems) and delivery was quick, well packaged and exactly what we'd ordered. We will definitely use them again.”

“Easy to use website makes it easy to search for items I want. Having an order history available makes it easy to re-order items which I've had in the past. I like the fact that , if an item is out of stock, any other items I've ordered are sent straight away. I have found the tech. support department very helpful and responsive when I've had queries.”

“I dealt with Rapid when their catalogue was a few sheets of A4 paper stapled together. They have progress well and I am pleased to say that when I was in business, I used Rapid as my first port of call, Farnell second. Since Rapid have been bought by another company, I have yet to be convinced this state of affairs will remain as, usually, the fist thing a new owner does with a bought company, is to raise prices. They have to get back the money they paid somehow. The staff, however, remain the wonderful friendly people I always knew, and I have seen a few come and go.”
