Very happy with the table. Lots of choices to custom make the table how you wish type, shape, legs, colour, trim, finish etc... so we could get exactly what we wanted. Little bit pricier than would of hoped & that's with us going for one of the lower priced tables, but willing to pay as it's what we wanted. Over all, the table looks great in the meeting room.

The delivery and packaging was good, and contact . The reception counter was more than adequate and did the job nicely. The instructions were confusing and too small, and minimal. nevertheless, that was the only glitch

On chasing delivery the person I phoned did provide a good impression of customer service. The confirmation email did not state delivery time. I could not find delivery time online.............................all in all a disappointing experience

I've just seen the review you've let us and I'm sorry you were disappointed with the service we provided. ?I've checked the phone call recording and I see that you spoke with Stacie in the office. I'm sorry you found the service she provided wasn't good. I agree that she didn't give the best phone service possible because it sounds like there was some interference on the line and Stacie had trouble hearing you. She also answered the call "Rabbit Office Furniture" accidentally which is obviously not very professional. I did find however that the information she provided (lead-time and latest possible delivery date) was correct. She also rightly explained that the lead-time is shown on the website. I've looked into the lead-time not being shown and I see that you ordered direct on our website. I've checked the table you've ordered and I can this the delivery time is stated as Made to order and delivered within 10 working days?. I note from your phone call that you didn't see this at the time you ordered. We will look into making the text size large or the text bolder. Any other suggestions would be useful to ensure it's clear for other customers. I will also suggest to our marketing team that the lead-times are also written on the confirmation emails in future. ? Once again, I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with the service we provided but hope that you will still consider using us in the future.

I wouldn’t wish anyone the experience of dealing with Lee Chambers (the new owner) on anyone. He likes to talk you into ripping you off, from stupid charges like removing cardboard. He treats everyone, customers included, like absolute trash. He’s lost so many good employees over the years and is now left with incompetent people who don’t care about the customer experience, except for Stacie in the office, who tries her best to help you out but always ends up with Lee who over rules her and leaves customers either annoyed by delays, poor quality furniture, delays or paying way over the price for what they pay for. Please shop around as most other companies will offer a better, more friendly service for a better price.

Communication was good until the payment/order was placed then received no communication at all. I had to do all the chasing. The desks I purchased were part dismantled so arrived part assembled in bits, with no protection in terms of packaging, just carried in by the driver in bits. The white furniture (two desks purchased) were filthy, covered in soot, took repeated attempts to clean and only then were they presentable. There are marks that will not clean but luckily they are not visible with the desk layout that I have used. The cleaned desks now look pretty good but if I had known how they would arrive I probably would not have ordered them from this supplier.

Hi Kirti, I'm sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the service we've provided. I've looked into this and as your order had a 4-week lead time we didn't have any updates until the third week when the order was ready to be delivered. As for the furniture not being packaged sufficiently, we've since spoken with the manufacturer and all orders are now packaged correctly for delivery. We hope you will shop with us again so we can demonstrate that the service we provide has been improved.
