“I did a 5 day cleanse last year. This year I figured I'd try the 10 day. I'm 6'2.5" and wieghes 245.4 lbs. After the last day I weighed out at 225.6, a total loss of 19.8 lbs. I know some was water weight but I can see less bloating in my upper stomach. Love handles, middle back and just all the way around went down. Now I understand I donr need all the extra food I was eating. Didn't have any solid food and I was just fine. Started working out and changing my mind set. I think it was a gonna jumping point, psychologically and physically. I just have to avoid eating out of boredom. Thanks for getting me started. Now I have to cook again ugh.”

“All the juices I’ve tried are delicious. Tomorrow is my last day of my 10 day cleanse, and I drank 5 out of the 6 juices allotted for each day, so I am going to use the rest as a breakfast drink since I don’t usually eat in the morning, and these have been a good start to my day. I probably have lost some weight, but I don’t usually weigh myself so I don’t know how much. I did this not so much to lose weight but just to get back on track with healthier eating and to help stop the cravings for junk foods & sweets.”

“I’ve been a customer for several years, and no matter where I purchase juice from, it is never nearly as good & clean as RG! This time, I was going for gut health. I ordered the High Fiber Gut Cleanse kit along with the Stay Skinny pack in efforts to have clean juices and meal replacements while eating clean. I have been suffering from auto-immune-like symptoms for months, and knew my gut bacteria had likely been to blame. It has been so nice to see my skin clear, my digestive issues slowly vanish and my overall health slowly climb. I’m going to be continuing autoshipments regularly to keep stability in my daily diet though my routine is ever changing.”

“I did the 3 day skinny cleanse and it was incredible ! I was hesitant as I never did a juice cleanse before but I couldn’t believe how incredibly easy it ended up being . I never experienced hunger pains throughout the 3 days . The juices are super tasty and nourishing . I did experience frequent bathroom trips as I also drank a gallon of water and tea daily . I would recommend doing the cleanse when you have some down time. My first two days I was home with minimal activity and it was a breeze . My third day I was back and work . I have a very active job on my feet all day with kids . I needed the bathroom quite frequently which could be problematic when supervising children . Other than that it was a great experience and will definitely be doing the 5 or 7 day next time around. My skin looks great! I have tons of energy (especially on my third day ) and I dropped 6 pounds . This was a great way to reset my system after the holiday eating and get back on track . The boost I needed !”

“Excellent products!! I feel incredible! I lost 20 lbs in 50 days! I eat healthier and continue with my raw generation drinks! These drinks are designed for many different aspects in your daily routine! I have tons of energy and feel like a huge weight was lifted off my body! Thank you Raw Generation !!! “Raw generation is an excellent company, providing a vast array of delicious raw juices that will provide anyone with all you need when doing a juice cleanse. Great customer service, frequent discounts, flexible pay options, and again delicious juices. I did the 10 day skinny cleanse I also ate raw which included plenty of fruits and vegetables. I lost 8 pounds. If you're new to juicing I recommend building a box to your acquired taste. Note: some juices are better than others. They arrived on time neatly packaged and well frozen. My only slight negative is the thawing process, which has nothing to do with raw generation, its just how the process goes. You have to prepare in advance for thawing juices before consumption. In conclusion if you're interested in getting healthier, or losing weight raw generation comes highly recommended,and a great choice.”
