“I thought the juices were excellent...I wasn't thrilled with the beet or the cucumber (which really surprised me because I love cucumber) but overall excellent.”

“The most wonderful customer service ever!!! I am a repeat customer and had concerns about the quality of one of my orders, the juice did not seem as good as it was previously because of excess gritty sediment. A customer service manager reached out to me personally and offered to send me a replacement order at no charge. I look forward to receiving my replacement order and I am happy to have found such an honorable company who stands by their product and goes above and beyond to make their customers happy.”

“This was my 2nd purchase of the 5-day cleanse. After having such a positive experience the first time I wanted to do this cleanse monthly. On my first 5-day cleanse all of the juices were very tasty which was a main component in my decision to become a regular cleanser. However my 2nd 5-day cleanse experience was not as positive. All of the juices took much longer to thaw out and I think it was because of the all the excess remains of the fruits and vegetables that were used to make the juice. I had settling with the first round of juices, but after shaking them the juice was fine. This time around it seemed no matter how much I shook the juices the gritty particles remained. The taste remained the same but I could not get past all of the sediment and I don't think I will be buying more of these cleanses, just too expensive to take a chance on getting an inconsistent product.”

“The customer service was fantastic. I received my order very quickly, and the items were frozen solid. I was able to postpone my 3-day course for a few days until the following week because of this, which was very convenient. I found the juices themselves not very enjoyable, and in all honesty, was unable to complete the entire 3-day course. I took heed of the recommendations to dilute the various flavors with pineapple and apple juices, but unfortunately, it was not possible to make them as pleasant as i had hoped they would eventually end up being.”

“I've been a Juicer for over 20 yrs, so I was skeptical that your product would be the "real deal"... but it IS! Thank you for not skimping - for making such a pure and straight-forward option for HEALTHY eating in this fast-paced life. I ordered the 7-day cleanse. Honestly only drank 2/day because I was just using it to get some good veg and fruits back into my diet. I'm back on track now and have ordered the Elixir... can't wait to see how I like that as well.”

“I loved the customer service and the speediness of arrival. However, I do not like the packaging. Too much styro, I feel bad for throwing so much away. I realize you send all juices frozen but maybe there's another way to package? I just order jus by Julie and they ship all bottles in a big cooler bag with a few ice packs and that seemed to work well.”
