“Stephen helped us sell and buy a new home and the process could not have gone any better. He was super responsive to any questions we had and was very easy to work with. Stephen helped us price our house in the sweet spot and we got the offer within days of listing it. A few days after that we made an offer on our new house and Stephen was able to work the price down way lower than the appraised value of the house. I would heartily recommend Stephen to anybody that is trying to sell, buy, or do both at the same time!”

“We were out of state buyers, and emailed 3 top rated Realtors, including Stephen. He responded within 2 hours, the others took days or weeks. This signified the level of service he gave us. He answered every question, every concern, every problem we had quickly and completely. He was patient, calm, honest and respectful. He went out of his way to accommodate us. Even though we were hundreds of miles away, he made it easy to buy our house. Stephen is that rare person who is ethical, professional, and a great all around guy! Thanks again for everything â€“ come by for a visit!”

“Stephen FitzMaurice did a great job in the sale of my home which took months to accomplish, having to deal with a Mortgage Company that was near impossible to deal with. He persevered and got the job done in the form of a short sale. I would highly recommend him for anyone's real estate needs!”

“Never wrote reviews before but felt the need to say something about how awesome this guy is! First encounter with Stephen was when we called him to ask about a place we were interested in. We were first time buyers and quite new in Portland so basically we were clueless. We knew he was the agent for us. Though it took us 4 months and toured about 30+ houses to finally find our dream home, it was indeed a pleasant experience. He was so easy to work with and he'll answer your every question even the silliest ones for that matter. It made us feel comfortable and less scared about the whole buying process. Amazingly, we were able to close in just 3 weeks. Together with his recommended lender, everything just went smoothly. We couldn't be happier and we couldn't have chosen a better agent than Stephen. He is simply the best!”

“This agent helped me locate and purchase a new townhouse while I was living in another state. I purchased the home solely on the information he provided such as his own videos of the property. I was a little nervous about doing this, but was quite happy with the results when I finally arrived in Portland to move into my newly purchased home. Additionally, this agent helped me find the best area and price for the size of home I needed and the type of area I prefer to live in. Naturally, compromises had to be made, but I believe the best options were found after exploring what was available. I heartily recommend this agent to anyone who knows what they want or need and wants an agent who will find the best options to meet their needs.”

“Stephen sold my condo twice! The first time was on the first day listed, but the sale fell through 10 days later. We re-listed and he sold it on the first day again. He is very talented. Fun to work with. He tackled some difficult condo issues and got the sale closed. Thank you Stephen.”

“You're looking to buy a house and reading reviews because this is a major decision. We entered the market to purchase a home very inexperienced and skeptical. We now own a house thanks to Stephen and his network. Stephen FitzMaurice, Steph Noble at NW Mortgage Group and Suzy Krantz at WFG Title were the best team of people I could imagine to have on our side. If you're looking for a realtor go talk to Stephen and he will lead you in the right direction. His knowledge, integrity and respect amongst his peers is unmatched. “I think Stephen did a good job. Here's why: Stephen explained various issues of the original offers and over the past month or so have explained or answered questions in a fashion I could follow and deal with. Stephen put in explanations and comments when I thought the house was ready to sell which apparently furthered the quickness of sale. Stephen's commission structure was understandable. Stephen took the time to make the internet presentations so well, that the day it was first on and I was in my garage moving stuff out, three persons showed up who were not Realtors. Several Realtors showed that day, as well.”

“I can't say enough about Stephen. My wife and I moved here from SoCal and were completely unfamiliar with the area. After we shared our key requirements, Stephen showed us properties that matched us very well. We had limited time on a house hunting trip and he was the most organized and knowledgeable of the area of all realtors we worked with. He knew pricing very well and negotiated fairly and in our best interest. I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone interested in NE Portland.”
