“Stephen was great to work with. He listened to my needs, understood my goals and helped me sell my home. It was by far the most difficult house sale; he kept everyone level headed and without his professionalism, I think the house deal would have fallen thru. I can't say enough!! Great marketing, great showings and great follow thru. Always responded to my calls and emails. Regardless of what was needed â€“ he helped!! Thank you!!”

“I used Stephen FitzMaurice as my agent mainly because he has excellent ratings and because of his lesser commission. He turned out to be a wonderful agent. He had the photographer there the day after we spoke. He had the house listed and advertised all over the country within 2 days, with an open house that weekend. As a result, the house sold very quickly. I highly recommend his expertise.”

“We were in a difficult situation after losing my job. We decided to Short Sale our property with Stephen. I found employment just 3 months after losing my initial job but we had to relocate, so the Short Sale still made the most sense. With all of the difficulties of losing a job and having to relocate, it would have been impossible to work with the bank on our own. Stephen made the whole process as easy as possible for us. The hassles of the property were never a distraction for us, as Stephen was always updating and advising (good advising) us whenever it was needed. If you are considering a Deed of Lieu, please work with Stephen first. He will make the process as effortless as possible, so that you can take care of the rest of life critical decisions and planning. We are not currently living in the Portland area but we will surely keep Stephen's contact information for any future possibilities of returning to the area. I know that Stephen can and will deliver what he says!”

“I think finding the right agent is all about the right fit. For me in this particular home-selling situation, I was looking for someone who is responsive and straightforward. That is exactly how I would describe Stephen. He's to the point but thorough. And extremely quick with response. In addition, his fees are incredibly reasonable. If this is what you're looking for, too, I would highly recommend Stephen!”

“Stephen really amazed us. He seems quite and unassuming, yet his knowledge of the housing market and advice was right-on-the-money, so to speak. We followed his advice when we asked him and it was unbelievable that we sold our one-bedroom, second-story condo within a months time. I never thought it would sell so easily. Stephen knows the housing market, is a master at marketing homes and is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend him for sellers and buyers. He's the best.”

“Stephen Fitzmaurice is a great agent to work with. He is knowledgeable, supportive, does not push his own agenda, and maintains good contact through the whole process. My property was photographed and online within 2 days of first meeting with Stephen. Having sold other houses in the past, I may not have had as many questions along the way as some. That being said, he helped sell my house quickly (6 weeks) in the off-season and location was an issue as well. Having talked with several realtors along the way, I was glad to have worked with Stephen. Before this, I did not believe that realtor choice made much of a difference. But he proved me wrong on that count!”

“Stephen is really excellent at what he does. It makes sense that he is ranked as well as he is. He provided clear and detailed information about his overall strategy AND, more importantly, followed through. My home sold in just two days after implementing his strategy. This was the fastest and easiest home sale I have ever completed. If you want an agent who understands how to get results, responds quickly, and is outstanding to work with then call Stephen!”

“I can't imagine using anyone else to sell a home. Stephen prices right and markets right. He asks for feedback from each agent who tours the property and he keeps you updated. He sold two family homes for us and we will be using him again in the near future. He does everything any really good agent would do and charges a lower fee. It's a no brainer - top agent for rock bottom fees.”

“We have worked with many realtors over the years and Stephen is by far the best we have ever met! He's very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly! We had multiple offers after one day...not because we were under priced but because we had maximum exposure at the appropriate price! Stephen made great use of the internet for marketing and had ideas for "staging" that were reasonable for us to do. The best part about working with Stephen was getting to know him! He's very successful but he's not pushy or high pressured...enjoyed his low key demeanor. We immediately trusted him! Really can't say enough positive things about him!”

“I'm an out of state owner and I wanted to sell my house quickly and without a lot of involvement from me. Stephen immediately told me what the market value of the home was, met me at the property 3 weeks later when I was getting it ready for sale, filled out the paperwork in less than 10 minutes, and sold the house within 24 hours. Amazing!”

“Stephen is very good at what he does. He made the selling of my house quick and painless and was able to negotiate a rent back from the buyers which allowed me enough time to find and close on a new house without having to worry about being homeless. As a first time home seller I was nervous and wanted to jump on the first offer that came in the first day on the market but Stephen reassured me we should wait and see what else came in. He was holding out for a perfect offer and two days later that's what we got. Things moved along smoothly and efficiently with the sale. I like that he communicates effectively via email and handles all â€œpaperworkâ€ electronically with DocuSign. I'd recommend him to anyone with a house to sell.”

“We were very satisfied in using Stephen. He made it very easy and was very responsive and quick to reach when needed. Professional, knowledgeable and level headed would be good descriptions for Stephen. He also was willing to go the extra mile if required. We had our first offer two days after the house was listed on the various websites that Stephen subscribes to. This turned in to a sale for almost the full asking price in 30 days. It was an excellent real estate experience. We would highly recommend him.”

“Stephen was very professional throughout the entire process. Was able to list a few hours after we talked. Well versed in internet listings to target the largest audiences. And most of all, even when a deal fell through, he never pressured me into taking a lesser offer. He knew my objective and he stuck to it. I really felt like he was working for me. Not to forget, the discount on the commission. This guy gets it.”
