“Leslie kept us fully updated as we went thru the sales process. She was very good at keeping everyone on the same page so that there were no surprises when we got to closing. We will definitely call Leslie when it is time to sell our current residence.”

“We recently sold our home and purchased another with The Stephen FitzMaurice Team. I have to say that everything went very well. This was our first time selling so we did not know exactly what to expect. But working with them was a great experience. There was always great communication the entire time from both the selling and buying side of the team. We will definitely use them again when our next housing situation comes around.”

“In this horrible time of home sales, Stephen did a great job and got us a great buyer for the home. Once the BANK decided to negotiate, he priced the home and attracted a solid buyer. He was always ready to answer questions and text messages and emails flew back and forth. He uses electronic signatures, which made signing a last minute document a snap and you have a copy for your records. All went smooth from there, the signing and funding went without a hitch. I highly recommend Stephen Fitzmaurice.”

“My wife and I talked with several realtors before deciding on Stephen. Stephen was willing to list our house for quite a bit more than any of the other realtors we talked with. This was important because the day after Stephen listed our home, we had a full price offer. I believe this happened because of the tools Stephen uses and his extensive connections and understanding of today's market, not because we listed too low. The electronic signature tools Stephen uses made the process a lot more convenient and efficient and Stephen was always responsive to my questions. Finally, our sale just about fell through due to seller (me) and buyer disagreement over certain home repairs. Stephen stepped up to the plate big time to solve the problem and make the sale happen.”

“Stephen has been extremely knowledgeable about the whole listing and selling process and laws pertaining to our sale, including how to advertise on all the real estate websites! “I have nothing negative to say about Stephen! He helped me from the very beginning which was in November of last year. It is now almost July and I just bought a house! Let me start by saying I am a 21 year old first time home buyer (who does not make a lot of money!) My price range was very frustrating to work with. Stephen kept in contact with me the whole 8 months trying to find the right house for me. After looking at numerous homes, and numerous offers and me being VERY picky, we finally found the right one and its PERFECT! I am so happy with it! I am so thankful for Stephen helping me out. I hope he is still around if I ever decide to sell my home and buy a new one. without a doubt Stephen will be my realtor in the future! Thanks again Stephen for all you hard work!!”

“I contacted Stephen through a random source to list and sell my condo on a short sale. Stephen was quick to respond to my initial request and continued to be prompt and professional throughout a very long process. Throughout this process, he remained calm and confident that things would work out and that we would have a successful transaction. “100%. No one could have done better to sell my home on the short sale market than Stephen did. The first offer was the first day. There were scores of others, and thousands of hits on my house as Stephen listed it. The bank dragged their heels a bit, but Stephen knew from the beginning that there wouldn't be any problem. His confidence begets good results. He looked out for my best interests with unflagging integrity. I had other short sale realtors look at the house before Stephen, and the difference was huge. I think it's his un-assuming confidence, natural attention to detail, and strong ethics. I will always remember Stephen for his help in getting me through this in the best possible shape. While every situation is different; you are unlikely to find a better man for the job. Seriously.”

“Stephen did the short sale on my house. He was wonderful. The bank was so uncooperative but Stephen kept at them and never let up. He kept me feeling positive when it seemed like nothing would ever happen. He kept me informed and up to date. He was always honest and never gave me false hope or said anything just to placate me. He was always professional and he answered all my silly questions while making me feel that they were very important, relevant questions. Thank you Stephen for getting me through this hard and emotional time with such a great positive outcome. You will be my real estate agent for life!”

“While looking on the internet about how to sell a house I saw Stephen's web site and was very impressed. I sent him a message and he called me five minutes later. We met a few days later at the house, he looked over the updates we had done and offered some insight on what we could do to really make the house desirable to a buyer. We were amazed at what Stephen thought the house might sell for. We listed with him, and completed his fix it list. We had a full price offer in two days, the appraisal came in on the money and we just closed. The whole process took five weeks. Cha- ching! Stephen knows the market. I am so happy I clicked on his web site. Stephen, thank you so very, very much.”

“When less is more! I had some initial reservations about the lower than average commission rate and what I would receive in return, especially being out of state. Not only did the property sell quickly, but I was impressed with the prompt communication, recommendations and knowledge at every unexpected turn of the process. I must say that I received the best service I have ever had in many real estate transactions. Stephen FitzMaurice is the real deal and I thank him for all he did on my behalf! “When my wife and I decided to sell our home we started to search for agents who work for less than the 6% standard commission. The first search result was Stephen's website. Slightly skeptical, I still decided to call Stephen for a consultation. Stephen came very prepared with comp sales, marketing techniques, and several other items pertaining to the sale I never would have considered. He also made suggestions of what repairs needed to be done prior to listing the house. Very impressed with his service we signed a contract that same day. Communication throughout the process was excellent. In just six days our house was sold. I highly recommend Stephen to anyone selling his or her home.”

“As buyers who were new to the area, my wife and I took an abnormally long amount of time (over a year) looking at different houses in different neighborhoods and trying to get a feel for which school district we wanted to be in and what kind of houses were available in those areas. Stephen was immensely patient with us; he must've showed us 30 houses in a variety of price ranges and neighborhoods during that year. He was always available via email and telephone, and we found him to be highly knowledgeable at every stop in the home-buying process. We would recommend his services to anyone looking for a new home.”

“When I decided to sell my home, my brother recommended Stephen as a good choice for a Realtor. Stephen met with me prepared with comps, marketing ideas and good instincts about pricing and the temperature of the market. We listed my house and I got an offer the next day. I'm happy to say with that offer my house sold with no issues in about a month. Stephen was always available for questions via e-mail or phone and was really clear when explaining all the steps along the way. I highly recommend him if you are looking to sell your house!”

“Stephen was an excellent realtor for us in selling our floating home. Besides being very professional, he gave us monthly updates regarding how often, how many, and with which search engines people were viewing our homes. He was highly computer and website literate and always available to assist with questions. He did his utmost to help us conclude a sale - which we did last week. He helped with 2 open houses, put up good signage, referred us to excellent photographers and, finally, was very reasonable with his fees. He did not gouge us. Floating homes are a specialty field, but Stephen steered his way adeptly through all the obstacles and considerations. We did take a considerable loss on our home, but that was a function of the marketplace, not his work. I would highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again if I were I to still have Oregon property to sell. Unquestionably, one of the best realtors I have come across - and I was a Realtor for 6 years, myself.”
