“Stephen and Team recently sold our home for us in Tigard and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We fired our first realtor due to bait-and-switch practices and not following through on his word. So, trying to avoid the same mistake twice, we used UpNest to find our next realtor. We selected Stephen out of 4 other realtors – all of whom we interviewed extensively. Business savvy, honesty, integrity, and commitment are all the things we got with Stephen. He has a well-honed system more appropriate for this day and age (i.e. the internet and technology) and we experienced the benefit of such a system – lower commissions! We hope it will be a long time before have to sell another house but when we do, Stephen will be our first and only choice.”

“We chose Stephen FitzMaurice and his team because of their approach to listing and selling a house. They have a great game plan, they know their business more than most others, they want the same results as you, they know how to market it and sell it fast! He and his team made everything easy for us. This wasn't the first house we sold and they were the best team we have come across. Stephen and Jennifer are sharp and they know what they what they are doing. It was refreshing to work with such wonderful team.”

“Stephen and his team were fun, professional and prompt! I was selling my home and buying a new one and wasn’t sure how I’d manage the timing of all of that but Stepehen and his team took care of everything!!! I got an offer on my house before it was even officially listed and they helped get an offer on a new house at 10pm so I didn’t miss out on an opportunity for a home. Such a tremendous group of people that take all ththe stress out of what is an enormous investment and life decision. You will not be disappointed.”

“This is my second sale with Stephen FitzMaurice and the first with his expanded team. Let me just say, they are a stellar team... all of them! I went back to Stephen because I just plain needed to sell my house well. And in my situation, I needed someone with a deep knowledge in my local market and track-proven strategy to get the best sale with what I had to work with. I could not have been more satisfied with Stephen's guidance and everything that his team put into our sale. I challenge anyone to argue. “Leslie was a pro from the very start. She helped us price our home just right so generate multiple offers within a few days of going on the market. She was in constant contact as the sale progressed and was always very responsive to our questions/concerns. Leslie was supportive throughout the entire process and we would recommend her to ANYONE looking to sell their home in the Vancouver area. You will not be disappointed!”

“My third house sale in the Greater Portland area and by far the most problematic. With all the trials and tribulations it was a great relief to know that I had the support and assistance of a great realtor with a great team. In the end we found buyers happy to get a good house, and a happy seller getting a reasonable price. Thanks for all the work!”

“We researched various real estate web sites and liked the fact that The Stephen Fitzmaurice Teams covered such a wide net work of sites. We listed with them and weren't ever disappointed. They marketed our home with expertise first rate service, holding many open houses. Our home sold quickly and the closing went smoothly. Would definitely list with them again.”

“All was excellent. Stephen does a lot of sharing information and other work with contacts before the actual listing so that people are aware that the property will be listed soon. This is very helpful. My property had an offer within hours of the listing and a second within a day. It sold for $30, 000 over the asking price, for cash. Stephen and his team are the best!”

I wasn't expecting such quick results but I was lucky enough to sell within the first week of showings! “We recently sold our home and purchased another with The Stephen FitzMaurice Team. I have to say that everything went very well. This was our first time selling so we did not know exactly what to expect. But working with them was a great experience. There was always great communication the entire time from both the selling and buying side of the team. We will definitely use them again when our next housing situation comes around.”

“In this horrible time of home sales, Stephen did a great job and got us a great buyer for the home. Once the BANK decided to negotiate, he priced the home and attracted a solid buyer. He was always ready to answer questions and text messages and emails flew back and forth. He uses electronic signatures, which made signing a last minute document a snap and you have a copy for your records. All went smooth from there, the signing and funding went without a hitch. I highly recommend Stephen Fitzmaurice.”

“My wife and I talked with several realtors before deciding on Stephen. Stephen was willing to list our house for quite a bit more than any of the other realtors we talked with. This was important because the day after Stephen listed our home, we had a full price offer. I believe this happened because of the tools Stephen uses and his extensive connections and understanding of today's market, not because we listed too low. The electronic signature tools Stephen uses made the process a lot more convenient and efficient and Stephen was always responsive to my questions. Finally, our sale just about fell through due to seller (me) and buyer disagreement over certain home repairs. Stephen stepped up to the plate big time to solve the problem and make the sale happen.”

“I have nothing negative to say about Stephen! He helped me from the very beginning which was in November of last year. It is now almost July and I just bought a house! Let me start by saying I am a 21 year old first time home buyer (who does not make a lot of money!) My price range was very frustrating to work with. Stephen kept in contact with me the whole 8 months trying to find the right house for me. After looking at numerous homes, and numerous offers and me being VERY picky, we finally found the right one and its PERFECT! I am so happy with it! I am so thankful for Stephen helping me out. I hope he is still around if I ever decide to sell my home and buy a new one. without a doubt Stephen will be my realtor in the future! Thanks again Stephen for all you hard work!!”
